This is something that we do every year for the younger ones to give them something special on St. Patrick’s Day. They are easy to make and can be done first thing in the morning or the night before. The great thing about them is you can do them once and then keep them to reuse them over and over every year.
Materials Needed:
- Plastic Kettle
- Shamrock Stickers or Foamy
- Rat-tail Satin Cord
- Metallic Gold Pony Beads
- Green Pony Beads
- Tacky Glue (Optional)
- Candy- Whatever your family prefers
Instructions:
- Decorate the kettle with foam shapes.
- Cut a 12″ piece of satin cord. Tie to the handle. String on pony beads.
- Tie a knot beneath the pony beads. Trim.
- Fill with the candy of your choice.
