This Smartie Pants costume is the perfect solution to a last minute need for a costume. This would also work great for that last minute need for a last minute invite to a costume party.
Materials Needed:
- Smarties candy rolls
- Packing tape
Instructions:
- To make this sweet-and-sassy costume, simply attach rolls of Smarties candy to pants of your choosing with packing tape.
