It is summer time and that means that there will probably be parites going on. One thing that you see at most parties are streamers or for tropical themed parties leis. Instead of going out and buying boring streamers, why not make these great looking lei streamers. This project is easy to do and comes with an easy to follow tutorial. You will be able to save money and have great party decoration. These also make a great lei itself and will be much cheaper than going out and buying premade leis. You can also add plastic flowers on it to look more like a lei.
